H&R Block double charging my account and not returning the money - H&R Block Tax Preparation Service

I have had a very poor experience using H&R Bock. What should have only been an easy one day process has cost me lots of time and money. First of all I was charged twice for filing my taxes. They told me they had no record of it and said it must be my bank's fault. So I went to my bank and they said it clearly shows H&R Block had charged me twice. The next day I returned to H&R Block and showed them the statement the bank had printed out. The employee called the H&R Block main office and they said it was their mistake and they would return the money in four days. I waited for 9 days before I called H&R Block back and asked if something had gone wrong because I still hadn't received my money. They said the H&R Block headquarters said it was not their fault I was charged twice, but my banks fault. So I returned to my bank again and they assured me it would be impossible for them to charged my account and make it look like H&R Block had done it. When the bank pulls money out of my account it shows that the bank took money out. So I asked what my best option was to get my money back and they said they could file a dispute but I would have to wait 10 more days to receive the money. I was depending on that money to pay bills. Now this has cost me a lot more money.
